A story told in Haiku...

Fri Oct 9, 2009, 4:53 PM
Hello there,
I began writing quite a few haiku this week, and I've realized, only today, that they tell a story about how I've been feeling, about what I've gone through in the past few weeks... of course, the analogies may seem somewhat obvious to me, I realize they may not be so easy to decipher from an outsider's perspective. Still, let me know what you guys think !

Story Told in Haiku

Trees painted by fall,
Winds steal colored leaves from all.
Thus, jealousy blows.

On cold gust of wind
Dance leaves brown, yellow, and red.
Free Ride for the dead.

Man misunderstood
Bleeds to death on floor of wood.
Grim reaper's painting.

On blue sky canvas
Storm clouds paint a dark promise ;
Anger brings forth tears...

Ink runs when tears perl.
Blotches : happy memories
Meeting tragedies...

In dark stormy sky
Lightning flashes come to die.
Tempest photographs.

Wise stars share the light
Tracing sky maps in the night.
Brilliant teachers.

VolKanO's temper.
A natural disaster
Waiting to happen.

My heart, she held tight ;
Squeezed too hard, ended my plight.
She made me heartless...

Kind fox offers ride
Across lake to scorpion.
Double suicide.

Under snowy plain
The ground slumbers without pain.
Only silent screams...

Bonsoir,

You have a very good point miss.
If people don't want both comments good and bad.
Critiques of the work.
Then they should disable comments...

And just have a wall. =)

VolKanO's profile says she is 17. That's too young for artist nudes.

...from whose bourne,
no traveler returns...
:iconkojirosilvernytebird:
Yeah...it wasn't updated, I'm guessing... aside from these new pictures, she only posted drawings, and that was a good while ago...

She is indeed 18, to be 19 in about a month, September 19th. Don't you worry, I don't encourage teen nudity either :)

Then by all means keep shooting. :)

Wow, I just noticed I wrote September 19th ; her birthday is September 24th... I guess I got distracted by her age and made a lil' lapsus ! Just wanted to correct my mistake !
